What you're agreeing to when you book a call.

1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply to everyone who uses rosevari.com or engages with me for an AI operating system build. By visiting the website or booking a call, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the site.

2. What the website is for

rosevari.com is an information and lead-generation site. It describes what I do and lets you book a discovery call. The website itself is not a service. The service is the custom AI operating system I build, which happens after we talk and you decide to engage.

3. What I deliver

If you become a client, I deliver three things: (1) a Diagnostic Proof module (free, within 48 hours of our first call), (2) an Operating System Build (the full installation, 3–4 weeks), and (3) an Operating Retainer (ongoing support, month to month). Each has its own scope and timeline. Details are in your engagement letter, which is the contract that binds us.

4. Intellectual property

You own everything I build for you: the Skills, the workflows, the Company Brain, the integrations. I own the frameworks and methods I use to build them. You can't resell or redistribute your system to others. I can use learnings and patterns from your build (anonymously) to improve my service for other clients.

5. Limits on liability

I build systems in good faith. But I'm not liable for: lost profits, indirect damages, or business interruption from the system failing. My liability is capped at what you paid me. I'm also not liable for third-party tools (n8n, Airtable, Claude API, etc.) failing or changing. You assume risk on integrations you choose.

6. Australian Consumer Law

If you're a consumer (not a business), Australian Consumer Law gives you statutory rights I can't exclude: rights to goods and services being fit for purpose, provided with due care and skill, and completed within reasonable time. Nothing in these terms overrides those rights.

7. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. If the change is material, I'll give you notice. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated terms. If you're a client under a signed engagement letter, your letter takes precedence over these terms.
