How I install your operating system.

Diagnose first. Then Brain Build. Then Skills. Then it runs.

01

Diagnose.

First I walk through your business with you. We map every workflow and find where the work is actually getting stuck. Each workflow gets scored by ROI. The one that's costing you the most time or money becomes the first Skill. The diagnostic is your reference document. You keep it even if we stop there.

02

Brain Build.

Next I ingest your data into one place the system can read. Emails, documents, CRM notes, call recordings, spreadsheets. That becomes your Company Brain. Every Skill I build after this reads from it, which means every Skill sounds like you and knows what's happened before. Not a generic AI assistant that starts from zero every time.

03

Skills.

Skills are the working parts of your operating system. They do the actual work. A follow up engine chases every warm lead until it closes or dies. A research agent reads every new proposal and flags what's missing before you send it. Compliance Skills track obligations quietly in the background. All of them read from the same Company Brain, and all of them get sharper the longer they run. Skills get built in ROI order, highest impact first.

04

Always on.

Once it's installed, the system runs in the background. Every morning you get a brief on what moved overnight and what's waiting for a decision. I manage the system for you on retainer. I watch what's working and what's drifting, and I add new Skills as the business changes.

What you get at each stage.

Diagnostic Proof

(free)

Before anything gets built, I show you what your operating system could look like. A workflow diagnostic plus a Skill outline. You keep it whether we work together or not.

Proof Skill

(free for now)

One working Skill built on your real data. You see it running before anything gets invoiced.

Operating System Build

(full build)

The diagnostic, the Brain Build, and your first Skills. A working operating system running on your data.

Operating Retainer

(always on)

I manage the system and it runs. New Skills get added as the business grows.

The questions I get asked most.

Will this replace my team?

No. I turbocharge them so they can do more in the same hours.

Isn't this just hype?

Shopify, NVIDIA, and OpenAI all treat this as infrastructure, not trend.

We're too small for this.

You're probably closer to the right size than the big players.

It's too expensive.

You're paying less than a part time admin for the same output.

I don't understand AI.

You don't need to. If you can run a team, you can run this.
