How this started.
I started Rosevari Watches in July 2024 and never built a system for it. I ran it the way most first time founders run anything. On memory, best effort, and remembering to follow up when I remembered. That's what convinced me every small business needs an operating system. I didn't want to sell them another tool either. There are 5,000 AI tools already and they're all piled on top of the same tired owners. I wanted to install the thing underneath the tools. The operating system.
About the age thing.
I'm 17. I built JROS from first principles. I didn't learn the legacy patterns most agencies got stuck with. I shipped a system that runs like a business actually needs to run.
I grew up in automation. This isn't a career pivot for me. It's the only way I know how to work.
