One-off to install. Monthly to run it.
The build is a one-time install. The monthly is the operating cost of the system actually running. No per-seat pricing, no annual contracts, no surprise invoices.
One install. One operating cost.
From $5K to install the system. From $500/mo to run it. Your team currently spends 15 to 20 hours a week on work the system handles. At $50 an hour fully loaded, that's $39K to $52K a year back in Year 1. Conservative.

Pricing questions.
Why is the Proof Module free?
Because I'm pre-revenue and need case studies. One working Skill on your data, built in 3 to 4 hours. You keep it even if we don't work together.
What does "from $5,000" actually mean?
The build starts at $5,000 for a standard install (4 to 6 Skills, memory layer, handover). Some businesses need more (6 to 10 Skills, deeper integrations). I scope on the discovery call and quote fixed before we start. No hourly billing, no scope creep invoices.
Why isn't the monthly optional?
Because the system isn't a static product. It runs against your business daily. New workflows get added, integrations drift, things break. Without someone managing it, the system degrades. The monthly is the cost of it actually running. Think of the build like installing plumbing. The monthly is the water. Stop paying, the system stops.
So I can't just buy the build and run it myself?
No. I don't sell it that way. This isn't software you buy once and own forever. It's an operating system I install and then run for you. If you want something you own outright and manage alone, I'm not the right fit, and I'll tell you on the first call.
Any hidden costs?
Third party tool subscriptions are yours (e.g. Airtable, n8n). I'll tell you what's needed on the discovery call. Usually $50 to $150 per month of infrastructure depending on scope. Often you already have most of it.
Payment terms?
Build: 50% to start, 50% on handover. Monthly: billed in advance, month to month, cancel anytime (the system stops when you do). Australian bank transfer or Stripe.
