1. Who I am
I'm Jordan Rose, trading as Rosevari. ABN 32 641 759 540. I build AI operating systems for small businesses. This privacy policy covers how I collect, use, and protect your information when you use rosevari.com.
2. What I collect
When you fill out the contact form, I collect: your name, email, company, industry, and any message you write. If you book a call, I may also collect call recording data (with your consent). If you engage as a client, I collect information needed to deliver the service: workflows, business data, team structure, integrations.
3. How I use it
I use your information to: respond to your inquiry, schedule and run discovery calls, build your operating system if you become a client, send follow-up messages via LinkedIn or email, and improve my services based on feedback. I don't use your data for marketing beyond the initial service engagement.
4. Who I share it with
I may share your information with: service providers who help deliver the operating system (like n8n, Airtable, or other integrations you choose), payment processors if you engage as a client, and only if legally required. I do not sell your data. I do not share it with third parties for marketing.
5. How long I keep it
If you inquire but don't become a client, I keep your contact information for 12 months. If you become a client, I keep your data for the duration of our engagement plus 7 years for accounting and tax purposes. You can request deletion at any time, subject to legal obligations.
6. Your rights
You have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate information, request deletion (subject to legal holds), opt out of follow-up messages, and lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). 7. Changes to this policy
I may update this privacy policy from time to time. If I make significant changes, I'll notify you via email or by posting a notice on the website. Your continued use of the website means you accept the updated policy.
